*Dynamization of the urban health park: Directed physical exercise sessions and walks through the natural and urban environment of the municipality (Nordic walking). To improve the physical condition and general state of health, including the psychological, social, spiritual and planetary dimension. At 3.45pm. Prior registration is required. Poles will be provided at the Nordic walking sessions. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and water to hydrate.
